Cleaning Deposit is $35 which is fully refundable after 30 days of a closed account.
Payment Due on the first of each month. A fee of $10 will be placed on all late payments after the 15th.
Pay by Cash, Check or MC/VISA. There will be a $10 Bounce Check Fee on all returned personal checks.
